  • Private  Patients

Eftpos facilities are available. Doctors referrals are welcome but not necessary.

  • Private Health Insurance

Rebates are available for those with Private Health Insurance (ie. Bupa, Medibank, AHM, Teachers & many more).  Unfortunately payment in full will be required at time of consultation as the mobile claiming from insurance companies is currently not supported by any health funds or terminals.  You will then need to claim back from your health fund at a later stage.  EFTPOS facilities are available for all payments.

A home care package is a co-ordinated package of care and services to help you live independently in your own home or facility.  There are 4 levels of home care packages.  You need to apply and assessed to receive an Aged Home Care Package.   Once approved the full amount of our physiotherapy service will cover the full cost of our physiotherapy service.

Gold Cardholders are covered for 100% of all physiotherapy treatment costs.  There are no out of pocket expenses for you.

Formerly known as an EPC (Enhanced Primary Care Program), Medicare’s CDMP will subsidize our physiotherapy service for you up to a maximum of 5 sessions if you qualify, which must be prepared by your GP.  Despite popular belief, this is not free. There will be a gap amount for you to pay for each CDMP session.

The NDIS is the new way of providing support for those with a disability, their families and carers. It provides funding for you to be able to access the therapies you need like Physiotherapy.  The beauty of the NDIS is that you can choose your own therapist. You have the flexibility to use your funding how you like.  Your NDIS coverage will cover the full cost of your physiotherapy service.   We can see NDIS clients who have ‘Self Managed’ or ‘Plan Managed’ funding, but not those who are ‘NDIA Managed’.

  • Telehealth

All Chronic Disease Management (formerly EPC) and Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) clients referred for physiotherapy can have telehealth consultations fully bulked billed (no out of pocket expenses)

Privately paying & Health Insurance:  Full payment at time of consultation is required which can be made over the phone using your credit/debit card.

Health insurance companies such as Bupa, Teachers Health, NIB, etc are also now recognizing physiotherapy telehealth consultations as compensable services.  If eligible for this, your gap amount will be the only out of pocket expense. Clients will need to claim this after payment as full payment will be required at time of consultation.  Not all health funds have elected to recognize telehealth as compensable services.
